My Story

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and researcher with lived experience of OCD. In the past, I specialized in treating OCD in private practice, and I continue to support individuals and families through my clinical work today. Growing up in a low-income family with limited access to care shaped my passion for breaking down barriers that keep people from getting the mental health support they need. My mission is simple, call out systems of oppression and make mental health resources more accessible for everyone.
